The flat quote
A quote is one figure for one bin: delivery, pickup, seven days on site, and the weight allowance that goes with the size, all included, the same in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville. The sizes page shows the ranges each size quotes from; your job's figure inside that range depends on the material and which landfill the load routes to, and it's fixed when you book. Three things can add to it, and every one is named on the quote before you say yes: tonnage over the allowance, days past the seventh, and a dry run.
Weight
Each size carries a stated allowance — 1.5, 2 or 3 tons. Overage bills per ton at the landfill's scale rate, and that rate is told to you when you book, not after the pickup. Dense material — concrete, dirt, shingles, brick — goes in a dedicated heavy-debris bin with a fill line, and a bin loaded past its line isn't hauled until it's brought back under it. Mixing dense material into a general bin is the fastest way to turn a flat quote into an overage bill, which is why the heavy-debris page exists.
What can't go in
The list on the what-can-go-in page governs. Anything on its keep-out list that turns up in the bin at pickup is sorted out before the load is accepted, and if it can't be, the bin waits. When in doubt, ask dispatch before you toss it — that's a free call and a cheap answer.
Placement, boards and permits
Bins go on your driveway or private lot, on boards, with the spot kept clear of cars for the truck's approach. Placement on a street or public right-of-way needs a permit from the city, obtained by the renter, and each NWA city runs its own process; we don't drop on a street without it. If the truck arrives and the bin can't be placed — a blocked drive, a gate that won't clear, no one to move the car — that's a dry run, and the dry-run rate on your quote applies.

Who's on the truck
This website is where the request starts. Dispatch schedules the truck, the driver drops and pulls the bin, and what happens on your driveway is on them. Ask dispatch to confirm the operator's insurance before the drop if you'd like — a fair question of anyone parking three tons of steel on your concrete.
