Pig Trail DumpstersNW Arkansas roll-offs (479) 755-8935

Sizes & prices, in writing, before you call.

Here's the whole menu. Every quote is flat: delivery, pickup, 7 days on site, and the stated weight allowance. The only way the number moves is if the load does.

The price table

Ranges below reflect what jobs actually cost across the four cities — the exact number depends on material type and which landfill the load routes to. When we quote your job, you get one flat figure inside these ranges.

SizeTypical flat priceWeight allowanceBest for
10 yard$399–$4491.5 tonsGarage cleanouts, small demos, yard debris
15 yard$465–$5402 tonsKitchen/bath remodels, roofing up to ~20 squares, estate cleanouts
20 yard$550–$6653 tonsWhole-home renovations, large roofs, new-build waste

Need it longer than 7 days? Extra days are a small per-day charge — tell us the timeline when you book and it goes in the flat quote too.

The dense-load exception: concrete, dirt, brick, and tile hit weight limits long before they fill a bin. Those loads use different fill rules and pricing — see heavy debris before you order.

Picking a size without a tape measure

  • One pickup-truck rule of thumb: a 10-yard bin ≈ 4 pickup loads, 15 ≈ 6, 20 ≈ 8. Most people's mental picture of "one truckload" is optimistic — when torn between sizes, go up. The gap between sizes is $60–$120; a second haul is a whole new rental.
  • Furniture lies about its size. Couches and mattresses eat volume without adding weight. Cleanouts heavy on furniture want the bigger bin with the smaller weight worry.
  • Demolition lies about its weight. Drywall, tile, and plaster look compact and weigh like sin. Renovation debris wants honest weight math more than volume.

What the flat quote includes — and the two things it can't

Included always: delivery, driveway protection boards, pickup, disposal up to the allowance, and 7 days. The two honest extras that exist in this business: tonnage overage (billed at the landfill's scale rate, which you'll know before you book) and a dry-run fee if the truck arrives and can't drop or collect — a blocked driveway, a car parked over the spot, a bin buried in mud. Both are avoidable, and we'd rather tell you how than bill you for either.

Sized it? Good. Let's get it scheduled.
