Northwest Arkansas has no shortage of places to book a dumpster. Most of them aren't in Northwest Arkansas. This page is the difference, and the rest of what you'd want to know before a roll-off lands in your driveway.
The broker problem
Search "dumpster rental" in any NWA city and half of page one is national booking sites — call centers in another time zone that take your card, mark it up, and subcontract the actual bin to whoever answers. When the driver no-shows, the 800 number shrugs. We run the other model: the bins are ours, the trucks are ours, the dispatcher who answers the phone is the one who schedules the truck. If we're booked solid, we say so and tell you when we're not. In a metro this size, that's the whole trick to being recommended.
Three sizes, priced in writing
Ten, fifteen and twenty yards, from $399 to $665 flat depending on size and material. Flat means delivery, pickup, seven days on site and a stated weight allowance are all inside the number. The things that can grow a dumpster bill — tonnage over the allowance, extra days, a dry run when the truck can't drop — are named in the quote before you book, with the overage rate at the landfill's scale price told to you up front. Where the bin sits
The driveway, almost always. We bring boards on every drop so the concrete doesn't pay for the rental too. A bin on the street or in the public right-of-way needs a permit from the city — each NWA city runs its own process, and the fine for skipping it lands on the homeowner, not the hauler — so the driveway is the easy answer. Dense material has its own rules: concrete, dirt and shingles go in dedicated bins with fill lines, and the weight math happens before you load, not after.

The name, briefly
Highway 23 down through the Ozarks — the Pig Trail — is the crookedest, prettiest way into Fayetteville there is. The bins are considerably easier to back up than the road.
